If you need success, then be prepared to face hurdles and failures. Is it always the case? Answer can be both yes or no. Be in a position to face hurdles. But never remain in a position to accept a failure so easily. Never let your spirit break. Try hard to defeat the failure.
Read this and you will accept that with self determination there is no mountain to difficult to crumble.

INCIDENT 1:
Gehlore a village in Bihar situated at 100km away from Patna. But a hill isolated that village from the world. Gehlore people used to travel 32 km round the the hill in order to fulfill their daily requirements and for medical assistance. Building a tunnel through the hill will reduce 32 km of journey to just 3km. But it seemed to be highly impossible for those villagers.
One Man Army :
In 1967 Dasaradhi Manji and his wife were doing some field work. Because of the narrow way through the hill she was badly injured by striking to a stone. But this time the hill took away his wife’s life. Because of the long stretch of 32km Dasaradh failed to provide her the treatment in time. This distressing incident was pivotal in making him undertake the difficult mission of creating a tunnel through the hill and thus keep the village safe from harm’s way.
As usual many people were critical about his decision. But Dasaradh was not bothered in the least, their surprise was unbounded when he chose hammer and chisel as his weapons against the hill.

It took 22 years for him to complete his mission which resulted to a 3km long and 3 feet wide way through the hill.

The Government recognized his hard work and sanctioned a house under Indira Awas Yojana Scheme and also 5 acres land. His dream is to see a hospital in 5 acres land.
So now Gehlore is no more. It is Dasaradh Nagar now.

So be brave..Self determination is the best weapon to over come the hurdle.
INCIDENT 2:
ARON RALSTON: One must know about him because of his brave decision that he had taken to cut his hand from the body as it was struck in “BETWEEN A ROCK AND A HARD PLACE” on a mountain. He struggled a lot for 6 days with his hand in that position with out food and water.
Aron Ralston was very passionate about climbing the mountains. As per his wish and interest he got a job in mountaineering shop in intel. In his duty he aimed at climbing the Fortineers mountain(more than 14000 feet high) in Colorado state. While he was on his way on a mountain, a big stone weighing nearly 400kgs had fallen from the peak of the mountain and settled its position on the right hand of Aron. He tried his best to take his hand from under the rock.But he failed to do so. Gradually his brain lost his control over the right hand and it has been infected with pus.So to save his body from being totally infected he cut it off with a knife as no one came to save him. Later he was saved some how with the help of helicopters.
He also explained his 6 days hell like experiencein a book named “BETWEEN A ROCK AND A HARD PLACE”.
So friends do you accept now that SELF DETERMINATION is stronger one to overcome the hurdles…
One more message from this incident is keep the bad or the unworthy away from your goal EVEN THOUGH IT WOULD HURT…So Entrepreneurs must be brave enough to face the hurdles and should work hard and strive for excellence.
