Sandeep Sahai, the President and Chief Operating Officer of Headstrong  has got 19 years  of distributed consulting experience. Sahai co-founded TechSpan with Arjun Malhotra, in which he acted as Managing Partner of US Operations (East) & Financial Services which has been merged with Headstrong in October 2003. Before entering Techspan  he was the CEO of Virginia-based SkanSoft, a company related to the financial and telecom markets.

Sandeep Sahai is an IIM product as he completed his MBA from IIM, Calcutta.He completed his schooling from Doon school, Dehradun and gained his engineering degree from Institute of Technology, Varanasi.  Mr. Sahai has been invited to speak at several industry conferences on offshore outsourcing as a strategic tool for IT managers. Mr. Sahai also played a vital role in organizing and development of HCL James Martin, a joint venture between HCL and James Martin & Company, aimed at higher-end consulting in which he  served a 10-year tenure with the HCL group.

Sandeep Sahai performed exceedingly well in providing relationship management for major number of TechSpan’s Financial Services clients during the period in which he served as Managing Director for Clients, Sales and Consultants in North America.Sahai is interested in financial sector as he stated that “We want to be the best consulting company for the financial services industry across the world. We don’t want to be the best IT consulting company. That is not our ambition.”
